Please note: to disclose specifics on clients, including confirming a methadone dose, a Release of Information must be signed by the client beforehand and faxed to ATCNE at the number above.

Faxes are generally checked during business hours, so please call to verify receipt when outside of normal business hours. Facilities can speak with an on-call nurse or the ATCNE answering service.

Our business hours are 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM weekdays. Medication dispensing hours are weekdays 6:00 AM until 1:00 PM and Saturdays 6:00 AM until 11:00am. ATCNE is closed on Sundays and federally observed holidays.

Guest Dosing

Requests

We prefer any requests for guest dosing be received in advance for in-state and two weeks for out-of-state and that staff confirm directly with ATCNE staff regarding potential guest dose requests.

Location

ATCNE is located on the grounds of Brighton Marine Health Center. We are a block from St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, beside Brighton High School, and opposite Franciscan Children’s.

Our main offices are in Building 5, including our dispensary. We have clinical offices and group rooms in Building 2 on the second floor, as well.

Parking

Ample parking is available on the BMHC grounds in designated visitor spots at no cost.

Transportation

We are easily accessible by public transportation. We are a two-minute walk from the Warren Street stop on the MBTA Green Line (going towards Boston College). We are also within walking distance of the 57 Bus (St. Elizabeth or Sparhawk Street stops) and the 66 Bus (Harvard Ave stop). Additionally, we work with MassHealth to provide PT1 transportation to eligible clients.
