Adam Tucker | Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of ATCNE, Adam strives to help all individuals struggling to see the light in the wake of addiction. Adam lives by the words “love others until they can love themselves, hold hands when they don’t want to be held, and construct visions for individuals who have none.” It is Adam’s hope that he and his team can expand awareness on the disease of addiction and help to attack substance use disorder within the Allston Brighton Community. Previously, as The Addiction Specialist for The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, Adam had the honor of advising the Executive Office of the President on federal level addiction policy. In his professional career Adam began as a clinician in the substance use field and has held Director level positions in various levels of care. Adam holds a MS in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In his free time Adam loves to spend time with his wife Briana and three children Charlie, Adeline, and Bodhi. Adam is also an avid sports fan and loves to spend time running and exploring nature.

Robin Reed, MD | Medical Director
Dr. Reed has been the Medical Director of ATCNE since 2019. She received her MD from NYU. She joined the ATCNE team because she valued the mission and likes being able to help people on their journeys of healing and recovery. Dr. Reed enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as gardening and baking!

Alex K | Clinical Intern
Alex has been a clinical intern with ATCNE since September 2025. He is in the process of completing his Masters of Mental Health Counseling at Boston College and is passionate about seeing the ability people have to change their habits and lives. In his free time, Alex likes to exercise, play basketball, play piano, and watch movies!

Alli C, LCSW | Clinical Supervisor
Alli started as a Clinician in 2023 before stepping into the role of Clinical Supervisor Fall 2024. Alli received her BS in Economics and Ethics from Bentley University, and Master of Social Work with a Trauma Certificate from Simmons University. She is passionate about many things including social justice, harm reduction, housing reform. Outside of work, Alli is an avid sports fan, slow runner, and decent recreational softball pitcher.

Amanda B | Administrative Assistant
Amanda served as the Clinic Monitor when completing her co-op at Northeastern University, before returning to a full-time position in 2025. She wanted to work at ATCNE because she is passionate about helping people who are often overlooked, feel seen. Amanda is in the process of training her puppy, Mavis, to be a therapy dog!

Amy T, NP | Nurse Practitioner
Amy began working at ATCNE in the fall of 2024 after spending many years working in Substance Use Treatment at various levels of care. Amy received her Master of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University. She joined the ATCNE team with goals of increasing awareness and education of SUD treatment as well as providing support and treatment to those who are struggling. When she’s not providing thorough and enthusiastic treatment to clients, Amy enjoys lake time in NH and playing with her grandson.

Arianna O | Clinic Monitor
Arianna has been ATCNE’s Clinic Monitor since July 2025 as part of her co-op from Northeastern University where she is currently studying for her Bachelors. Arianna wanted to work at ATCNE because she appreciates learning about the various substance use treatments modalities while serving a population diverse in needs. In the future, she’d like to work as a clinician to empower and support clients throughout their journey to recovery. In her free time, Arianna enjoys long walks, listening to music, taking pictures, and watching movies.

Ben A | Clinical Intern
Ben is completing his clinical internship at ATCNE while pursuing his Masters of Mental Health Counseling at UMass Boston. Prior to starting at ATCNE, Ben spent 2 years at Opensky Community Services in Worcester working in residential programming. Ben is passionate about forming meaningful connections with people who need help and hearing stories that aren’t heard and validated enough. When not working or studying, you can find Ben practicing guitar, playing hockey, or hanging out with his dog, Tuna, and cat, Smooch!

Brianna M, RN | Director of Nursing
Brianna hit the ground running in the summer of 2024, bringing with her 12 years of experience caring for incarcerated individuals and managing Medication Assisted Treatment programs. Brianna believes wholeheartedly in Harm Reduction, and she is passionate about caring for underserved populations struggling with substance use. She enjoys crafting, biking, and camping in her spare time.

Dan G | Facilities Manager
Dan has been keeping ATCNE’s facilities running smoothly since joining the team in May of 2025. He brings a lifetime of experience working with unhoused individuals, including overseeing training and employment programs. Dan has a passion for helping those who are struggling overcome barriers. He is a strong believer in helping others improve self-esteem and skill-building to continue moving forward.

Emily S | Lead Clinician
Emily became a clinician at ATCNE in July of 2024 after receiving her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University. Emily now serves as a Lead Clinician where she prioritizes Peer-Support for her fellow clinicians while maintaining her passion for advocating for clients. In her free time, Emily enjoys crafting!

Evan D, LADC I | Recovery Coach
Evan started as a Recovery Coach at ATCNE in June of 2024. He has his Master of Education from Cambridge College, is a LADC I, and has experience working in other outpatient programs. Evan brings his life experience into his role and finds fulfillment in helping others enhance their lives. Outside of ATCNE, Evan works as a DJ and loves spending time with his dog, Miso.

Farah M, LADC I | Clinician
Farah brought her 25 years of behavioral health services experience to the ATCNE team in June of 2024. She got her Masters from Grand Canyon University and is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Farah is passionate about helping others find their voice, and enjoys working within ATCNE’s community-oriented culture. Farah relaxes by getting manicures, pedicures, and watching funny TV shows.

Greg H, LCSW | Clinician
Greg has been a clinician with ATCNE since October 2021. The Ohio native received his Bachelor of Arts in Music Composition from Ohio University before completing a Master of Social Work at Simmons University. He has worked alongside a myriad of populations in inpatient, residential, and community settings, as well as volunteering for crisis support online. Greg provides a genuine person-centered, ethical, skills-based approach.

Haylee S | Clinician
Haylee came to ATCNE as a clinical intern in the Fall of 2024, before starting full-time as a clinician in May of 2025. She received her BS in Psychology from Union College and her MA in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. Haylee wanted to work at ATCNE because she values Harm Reduction and believes it’s a compassionate and practical way to meet people where they are without judgement. Outside of the office, you can find Haylee doing yoga, baking, spending time with her family, or cheering on the Bruins!

Jennifer worked in the substance use and treatment field in a variety of roles for 25 years before coming to ATCNE in 2020. Jennifer was drawn to ATCNE because of the resiliency clients demonstrate, and the passionate staff dedicated to providing high levels of care to every individual.

Jill M | Billing Specialist
Jill has been with ATCNE since 2022. She brings decades of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management to the team. Jill is passionate about streamlining billing workflows and advocating for clients to receive the care they deserve. She stays current with industry changes through ongoing education and training. Outside of work, Jill enjoys hiking, golfing and traveling.

Laneys P, RN | Dosing Nurse
Laneys became one of the nurses at ATCNE in 2024. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and my Associate of Science in Nursing from Laboure College. Laneys loves her job as a nurse and believes every person has a success story. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, watching baseball, and binge-watching Netflix movies.

Malik began as a Clinician at ATCNE in July of 2024. When he’s not in individual sessions, you can find Malik running groups or building Legos to decorate his office with. Malik is most passionate about his work making a positive impact in some way. Malik enjoys playing rugby and reading when he’s not in the office.

Rae brought her years of experience in Inpatient and Residential settings to ATCNE in November 2024. She has her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice and is in the process of completing her Master of Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University. Before coming to ATCNE, Rae was drawn to learning about medication assisted treatment and utilizing an interdisciplinary approach. Rae enjoys photography and travelling in her free time.

Sian began working at ATCNE as an intern in September of 2025. She is currently getting her Master of Mental Health Counseling at Boston College. Sian wanted to complete her internship at ATCNE because of her interest in helping those with substance use disorders and due to the training and support system ATCNE could provide. In her free time, Sian likes to travel and go diving!

Stephanie began working at ATCNE in October of 2024 and brought many years of OTP and mental health treatment experience with her. Her favorite part of working at ATCNE is how much everyone genuinely cares for their clients. She feels this is more than just a place of business, where she can make a real impact on people’s lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, sky diving, horseback riding, reading books, and connecting with friends.

Trenita joined the ATCNE team in December 2024, bringing along her experience working at Pine Street Inn. She has a passion for working with people and bridging the gap between unmet needs and resources. She prioritizes treating each client with compassion and patience. If Trenita is not at work, she is spending quality time with her family.

Vernon started as a clinician with ATCNE in July of 2000. He completed his Master of Education at UMass Boston and CAGS at Northeastern. Vernon wanted to work at ATCNE to help people struggling with active drug addiction. He enjoys working with people and has had many long-lasting relationships with clients since joining the agency 25 years ago. Outside of work, Vernon “The Cat,” enjoys reading, music, and nature.

Walden started at ATCNE as a clinical intern in 2020 before becoming a Clinician, Lead Clinician, and now Clinical Director. She received her Master of Mental Health Counseling from UMass Boston. She was drawn to ATCNE by the shared values for harm reduction and client-centered care. She feels like this is a place where her compassion and empathy for others can stretch the farthest and make the most difference. When Walden isn’t at work you can find her reading a fun series, doing hot yoga, going to see her favorite band – King Gizzard – and walking her dog!

Will started at ATCNE in January of 2010. Initially based on-site, Will now works remotely from South Carolina. Will is passionate about working with people – both clients and staff. He loves interacting with so many friendly, down-to-earth people from all walks of life and different knowledge and experiences. In his free time, Will enjoys playing various instruments – guitar, mandolin, banjo, and more!

Erin stepped into the role of House Mentor for ATCNE in September of 2025. She has her BA in Sociology and is currently studying for her LADC at UMass Boston. She believes that there isn’t enough support for women in recovery, so she wanted to join an organization that prioritized this. You can find Erin buried in a book when she’s not busy!

Sulai D | Dosing Nurse
Sulai has been an integral part of the ATCNE team since August 2021. Prior to becoming a Nurse, Sue spent 17 years as a Paramedic with FDNY, and after receiving her degree at Manhattan Community College, she has work as a nurse in a multitude of settings. Sue’s immense experience shows in her high-quality work, and she finds passion in dismantling stigma surrounding substance use treatment. In addition to being a compassionate and talented nurse, Sue is also a proud mom!

Nick C | House Manager
Nick brought his many years of experience in various treatment modalities to ATCNE’s Sober Houses in April 2025. He wanted to continue this work as a way to pass along the help he was given in early recovery. Nick believes in demonstrating the right path through actions and setting a good example for those around him. Nick prioritizes exercise and sleep as forms of self-care and maintaining stability.

Rashidah D | Assistant Housing Coordinator
Rashidah jumped into her role as Assistant Housing Coordinator in June of 2025. She was drawn to ATCNE because of the family-like culture, wanting to be a part of the welcoming, judgement-free, and supportive environment the staff and clients create. When she’s not working, Rashidah finds joy in barrel racing, snowboarding, and singing (off-key) to her favorite songs!
